Eh... It's really selfish to wait while others donate money and will take back green card if win the case. Because, if you don't donate money no one get greencards. No money, no funny.

ReplyDeleteI am from Germany and I am among the 22.000. I have been following the updates on this site and have a couple of questions. I would love to donate but not over the phone. Any another possiblities? Also, is this case for all the 22.000 who didn't get the green card or only for a few people?

ReplyDeleteTina, let me answer to your question. You can donate via Western Union in your local Bank. It's take about 5 minutes. All infromation in this site how to do it. As for me I just needed to say the name for whom and counry/state where. After this I had a paper with reference number and wroted in e-mail, it's also wrotten in this site.
The law suit is a class action, and for all of us.

ReplyDeletewell if we win this case everybody gets the chance to get his/her visa back. It is for everybody that won the card on 1st of may and lost it 2 weeks later.
There is also the possibility to pay via western union. But you can also pay via credit card.

and also the lawyers have to go to Washington DC for oral arguments in May 2012.
they need money for the flights and the accommodations

ReplyDeleteThank you very much for your help. I should disagree with you, for example, I live in Russia and all my lunch is $2-$3 only, and no coffee for $5 :) So it doesn't work for me. All what I spend for food a month is about $150-$200, so I must not eat at all for saving it.
It's surpise for me why not all donate, what is the reason?! And just silence, no complain, just nothing. If some one who reads it now and not donated please say the reason; may be you have some difficulties, how can we help?
