ReplyDeleteTiming is critical in our case, though. I wonder whether there is a legal route to extend visa processing beyond October 1st, 2012. Because in case of winning there's gonna be only about 3 months left for us to go through the processing, it's just not enough for all the work we need to do(all the security checks for AOS, or interview proceedings for Immigration visa).
i think if we winner case by this great lawyer we will have 4 month i think DOS will extend for us as expiation for us
ReplyDeleteDear Lawyers who are bound to make judgement on this appeal well we have never no peace and the pain in our Innocent heart can not be quantified with anything less than being reinstated as selectees,we are human and followed the laid down procedures to fill an application and waited patiently till may 1 to check and celebrated our winning and went further to send our documents to KCC,God bless you and God bless America and Kenya
