Many people who are vocals in different forums about our appeal have NOT contributed 1 $. This is a shame to wait on others to pay for you. Many of you only talk and talk. With only talk, this appeal would not be possible. Stop your speculations and comments as if you knew more than the lawyers and pay. Your task as the client is to donate. Period.

You are right, those people want it ripe for eating, but in terms of donation they are absolutely mean. I really regret to waste my money for such human beings.

A question to Mr. Kurzban. I wonder if DOS could announce second batch of winners in DV-2012 in several days from today while the court decision is still pending. On the one hand, DOS deadly needs to act fast otherwise they will not be able to issue full amount of visas. On the other hand, if forthcoming court decision, that comes out after the second batch, is in favor of significant amount of May winners, most of the second batch makes no sense after the court decision is announced.

DeleteDOS destroyed the list who won on 1 May. And Kurzban has list who donated. Who not donated don't get a greencard.
ReplyDeleteDears, i think we really should donate... whatever the results is going to be; in our favor or not as a kind of appreciation for the work & efforts. please donate if you're able to do... although there's alot of people would like to donate but they couldn't for a time been because they don't have the ability to cut-off from there salaries & family needs. but i'm sure that they will as soon as they gets the chance to do... i have to admit it i'm one of them.... but ethically there's nothing for free

If you could publish the 22000 winners name you might be able to get more funds as i guess most of the 22000 winners might not have checked the results but the time the list was taken out.
