Attached is our reply to the government’s opposition to our effort to supplement the record in the district court so the court can reconsider our estoppel argument. We are working
simultaneously in the district court to get the judge to reconsider her decision in light of the Office of Inspector General’s report and at the same time trying to get the report in front of the court of appeals. Please let everyone know about our efforts and please encourage people to donate, even if they are small donations, because we have spent far more time and money , than people have contributed. We will surely win this case folks so please tell everyone , friends , relations everybody that is related to you and will benefit from this case to donate more. we are on the path of a win be sure about that dont doubt this.

ReplyDeleteSee guys what is wrong with some of us ??? I saw some useless comments on facebook that the lawyer should win the case first and they will pay or something. This is just inhuman, please reason and reason good the cost of litigation in the USA is jusge . This man is just helping us, he is devoting his time and knowledge to help our case even if we have not paid so much. Please stop this nonsense and dont let us be ingrates right??
